It is also well situated for heading out for day trips to explore many of the recreational and scenic locations in the region. "The home is basically split into 2 halves, with the entrance/mud room being the divider. The first half has two bedrooms containing 7 beds and a full bathroom. The second half of the home is the master bedroom with full bath, living room, and kitchen/dining area. The two sides can only interact by passing through the mud room and up the stairs of the coat locker area. This actually worked phenomenally for us. We're two guys there on business with some hiking mixed in. We each get tons of privacy...

"Good accommodations for the price. We used this house as a base for road trips each day so we were only there to sleep. Well stocked with supplies and kitchen needs. The attic bedrooms were very hot but we made do with the multiple fans provided. The house had a "rustic/cabin" atmosphere. NOTE: The toilet in the front bathroom leaks leaving a wet floor."

It's just a portable unit that is probably capable of dealing with room less than half the size of the property. Thus we had to run it far more than we - and the owner - would have liked, during the hottest days of summer. The portable AC vented through a window, which made the home insecure.
