"The place was nice and very well located, perfect for walking by the water or going into the city centre. Parking was easy, and my room was clean and comfortable. However, the staff were not very present or informative. Nobody explained at check-in that I needed to get a basket with cutlery and kitchen items if I wanted to use the kitchen, and by the time I realised, it was too late. There was definitely a lack of information. Also, the place is very large and busy, with a lot of people around all the time. Personally, I prefer smaller and more intimate places."
