"Me gustó la limpieza del lugar, la rapidez con la q arreglaron el baño que tiraba agua, hay varios mercados cerca, panadería y una tienda grande y bien surtida de artículos varios. La zona muy tranquila, sin ruido de los vecinos. Solo el colchón estába muy delgado y la base de la cama está muy frágil, no tenía box spring, así que no nos queríamos mover mucho para no dañarlo. Pero estuvimos agusto."

"AVOID only two rooms have AC, the property is not centrally located and while our stay a person on the staff team entered the property while we were sleeping without us being notified. We went to the bathroom and found the person there and they said they didn’t know anyone was staying in the place. Horrible communication and we were let in 30 minutes after our initial check in time. Pay more for elsewhere."

"Enjoyed a week in Madrid with the family. The apartment was spacious, clean and in a perfect location for exploring central Madrid. Easy walk to the city centre, Plaza Mayor, Retiro park. Metro station, taxis and bus stops right outside so easy to get to Bernabeu and do trips out. Local cafes and shops were good and provided everything we needed during our stay. A bit noisy some nights but didn’t bother us. Would recommend this apartment and would consider it again for future stays. "

"There are cafe maker and washing machine, but no cafe and no laundry detergent. Only toilet paper is given. No kitchen paper and no napkins. I ask those things. They answer me that are not included. Also the smells in the room let us feel uncomfortable. I have reported toilet base and bathtub leaking. The location is convenient."

"Really loved staying here. Eclectic area with lots of tapas bars, big supermarket and bakery on doorstep. The metro station is literally at the door. Air con was good and throughout. Too hot for much use of the terrace! Would stay here again. "

My family and I had been in a lot of travels and stayed in different places and I have to say that this is one of the best. Customer service is top tier. They were kind to meet all of our requests.
