"We chose this apartment for it's proximity to Hospital 12 de Octubre (5 minutes' drive) and it was a great choice for the two of us. We stayed 8 nights - twice as long as our original booking because of the quality of the accommodation. "The neighbourhood is fine, not far from Usera or Legazpi metro stations. The appartment is clean but a bit damaged on the ground. The walls are thin, so you hear everything from the neighbours. The communication with the host is good, but it was not the person who welcomed us and he was lost in the many appartment rent, it was not a good feeling."
