"The hotel is good value for money and located in the downtown area of Ulsan city. Good restaurants and pubs are nearby. The only controversial point is the fact that the reception(check-in) desk is located right in front of the elevators, so you have to see and say hello to staffs every time you go back to your room. "

"The front desk was extremely helpful when I lost an item in the hotel laundry service—so grateful they got it back for me! The check-in time (afternoon and evening) manager speaks English which was much appreciated. Excellent amenities and daily housekeeping. If you stay in downtown Ulsan, this is the place to stay!"

"No parking space even if they said parking available. Find your parking by urself.
Rude staff. First they will give you the worst condition room, if you are shy/adjustable then you wont complain. If you complain, they will say ,it will be fixed tomorrow because no staff available.

Annoying that each elevator is controlled by its own button, so everyone presses all the buttons and thus the elevators ended up stopping at so many floors.
