"We stayed 1st - 22nd July 2023 on our first visit to Dubai and had a wonderful time. The apartment was beautiful with everything we needed, as was the pool area and the gym was very well stocked with equipment (and very quiet when we were there). "It took nearly two hours to check in where the agent advised that there was a portal issue providing details of the booming to Emaar. Security team of the building was also not very helpful and too busy on personal video calls. The property, whilst clean - had alot of ants. Communication upon the checkout process as agreed in the check in process was poor where i didnt receive a response... I checked out a day early. "I had seen mixed reviews of Escan Tower, and when I arrived at 3am after a delayed flight, it didn’t look great. But as soon as I got into the room, and saw the view, it was amazing. I had a fabulous trip. The apartment has a wonderful view and the location is superb. A short walk from JLT, Metro and of course Marina Walk and the beach. The staff were lovely and the apartment itself was great. The only thing I would suggest is swapping the TV for one with Netflix, YouTube etc. "
