While the nature and property were stunning and the villas were generously sized the cleanliness and staff helpfulness was very poor .there were very large bugs in the shower and tons of dust below the beds and one of our beds was not made at all .we only received one tiny bar of hand soap for a 3 bedroom ,6 ppl villa and when we ask for toiletries and extra toilet paper we received only 2 sets of shampoo and shower gel as a one time courtesy , any more...

"Quiet, convenient to station, nice decor choices, wonderful gracious owner who cares about his hotel. Elevator, good shower, refrigerator, safe. Convenient train connections from Empoli, so would stay again!"

"Slightly difficult check in, but after that everything was superb. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open on Sunday evening. However we made the most of the stunning views around the property and the convenient outside furniture and unwound with a bottle of Chianti and some nibbles. "
