"The good: relatively inexpensive, a clean and newly updated room, my own sink, a clean shared bath/toilet in good condition, friendly host. The bad: No air conditioning, no WiFI, traffic noise made it hard for me to sleep, far from central Rome, I couldn't figure out where to check in without asking the gardener (go inside the single level building around back)."

"This is a unique property with so much charm and character. Each room had separate bathrooms and the extra like pool table, outdoor rooftop dining and courtyard made our stay so comfortable. The location in Travestere was so cool and convenient to restaurants, clubs and short walk or car/taxi to all the Roman sites. Silvia was so helpful with setting up tours, van service and little conveniences. Strongly recommend Riad Riari"

"This little apartment was ideal. It was on the outskirts of town, but within walking distance of everything. Much quieter than downtown Rome, which was a relief at the end of the day. The garden was lush and enjoyable. Patrizia communicated constantly and gave great pointers and advice. The place had everything we could need. Water was hot, pressure was good, bed was firm, A/C worked well. No complaints and really enjoyed staying there."
