"This is a delightful small hotel run by people who really care. Breakfast was great. The WiFi was sketchy but that’s the fault of a stone building so I can’t fault them. Book a room with a balcony for a lovely experience. And relax in the courtyard if you can. Also a general Erice tip, buy the eur 16 pass and go visit all the sights. Each one is not worth it but collectively it’s an amazing experience."

"Wunderschöne Außenanlage. Mega großer Pool. Traumaussicht. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir haben uns eh meistens nur draußen aufgehalten. Ein Auto wird auf jeden Fall benötigt. Super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Marisa und Leo waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!"

"Fabulous 15th century property with lots of good character! Pictures on the listing don't capture the wow factor of the house or property. Everything was extremely clean and welcoming. The grounds are surrounded with views, fruit trees, pools, stone walkways, etc. There is even a private commissary downstairs in case you run out of the essentials and don't want to go to the store. Great host!"

"We had the best vacation we have ever had at this beautiful villa! The hosts were so helpful and responsive to every question before we arrived and when we were in Italy. I highly recommend staying at this historic villa. We were a party of 13 and there was so much space and privacy. We cannot wait to go back to this very special place!"

"The house was very spacious, large kitchen, cosy lounge, big bedrooms. 2 showers & large outside spaces with amazing viewsIt was very quiet and peaceful no noises what so ever Paolo was a great host and always on hand if needed anything and gave some good suggestions. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was nice and cleanThere were restaurants, bakeries close by and beaches/trapani 30 mins away by car"

"We had a wonderful stay and truly can’t recommend this cottage enough. AnnaMaria was a pleasure to work with - she was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely warm and kind throughout our stay.The cottage itself is rustic in the best possible way - simple, comfortable, and full of character. It has two rooms plus a bathroom: a bedroom with a stunning view, and a main living space that includes a well-stocked kitchen, a small table perfect for eating or working, and a daybed that functions as a couch for watching TV.The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed is on the firmer side, which will be perfect for many guests. We prefer a softer mattress and found an easy solution by using the very thick mattress pads from the daybed in the kitchen - this completely transformed the bed and made it extremely comfortable. With this option, the bed truly works for everyone.The patio is absolutely spectacular and would feel like an additional living space in warmer weather. We stayed for a full week and loved every minute of it. The WiFi worked well for everyday use; for Zoom calls it was a bit spotty at times but still doable.The location of this cottage is unbeatable - overlooking the property’s vineyard with sweeping views of farmland, Trapani, and the Mediterranean Sea. It is peaceful, private, and completely free of nearby neighbors. Staying here truly felt like an adventure and a retreat all at once.If you’re looking for a place…"
