AnnaMaria was a pleasure to work with - she was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely warm and kind throughout our stay.The cottage itself is rustic in the best possible way - simple, comfortable, and full of character. It has two rooms plus a bathroom: a bedroom with a stunning view, and a main living space that includes a well-stocked kitchen, a small table perfect for eating or working, and a daybed that functions as a couch for watching TV.The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed is on the firmer side, which will be perfect for many guests. We prefer a softer mattress and found an easy solution by using the very thick mattress pads from the daybed in the kitchen - this completely transformed the bed and made it extremely comfortable. With this option, the bed truly works for everyone.The patio is absolutely spectacular and would feel like an additional living space in warmer weather. We stayed for a full week and loved every minute of it. The WiFi worked well for everyday use; for Zoom calls it was a bit spotty at times but still doable.The location of this cottage is unbeatable - overlooking the property’s vineyard with sweeping views of farmland, Trapani, and the Mediterranean Sea. "This is the most AMAZING property!!! We have been traveling all over Sicily for a month, and this was bar far our FAVORITE Villa. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is private, but still close to the activities ( boat excursion in Trapani and village/castle in Erice). This Villa is the quintessential Sicilian home. We will definitely be back!!"

"The pool is wonderful, with a beautiful view and access to a small private beach, which is small but very charming. Breakfast is varied and good. The hotel has great potential due to its location and structure. However, it lacks management and attention to detail. Upon arrival, we entered through a large gate leading to a courtyard with several doors, but there were no signs indicating where the reception or parking was located, nor were there staff available to welcome or guide guests. Signage inside the hotel is also poor, and even finding the main restaurant was difficult. The service is very basic, with no warmth or friendliness, which does not match the standards expected of a resort. Our room was on the second floor, accessible only by a narrow and steep external staircase, which was very inconvenient with heavy luggage. At the pool, although the area is pleasant, there were no towels available, and we had to walk all the way to the reception, which was far away, to get them. On one morning, the music was excessively loud and not appropriate for a relaxing atmosphere. In addition, the pool bathrooms had plastic structures, including the walls, which felt makeshift and not up to resort standards. Overall, this hotel has great potential, but it clearly lacks professional management and attention to detail to truly match the level expected of a resort."
