"The only problem i had was the room smell. Our room was supposed to be non- smoking.. but it cant help but smell like cigarette smoke when the smoking area is right outside our window at the back door area. Hallways smelled like pot too"

Perfect for what we needed it to be.
Our son had a tournament at the UPMC Lemieux Ice/Training Center. Saved on travel back and forth from our home. Provided a little getaway to relax between games. Within walking distance to rink.
Love the kitchenette opened up options for meals.

Our stay was fabulous. The social hour was great! Our suite was so nice. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only thing that we would have like was that the pool be warmer. After an over 90 degree day and traveling, we were looking forward to a nice swim. The water was freezing. We didn’t see anyone use it.

There are a handful of hotels in which i have stayed repeatedly because the staff and folks who purchase rooms are consistently kind and fascinating, and Hilton is one of the best...

The room was very nice. Very clean. Had a nice mini fridge, microwave and a Keurig for coffee or tea. Shampoo, bath soap and lotion all provided from dispensers. I liked having extra pillows on the bed and the bed was super comfortable. I left before the continental breakfast was available but did grab a fresh banana. The eating area appeared to be nice and clean. This hotel was within walking distance
of several nice restaurants too. I would stay here again.

We had a corner suite room which was beautiful and so clean. Well worth the extra money for the view. Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Thank You for a great Anniversary weekend.

Everything is really clean, rooms are super nice and nicely laid out with a convenient kitchen area, and the bathroom has a huge shower. Also, lighting in the bathroom area is much better than many hotels, making it much easier to put your makeup on without ending up with the coveted clown-look. ;-)

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very attentive. This is not a normal hotel, though. It's a former monastery, and has the charm of a former monastery. All the rooms seem to be one offs due to the fact that it was a former monastery. Don't expect a hotel chain, and you will have a wonderful stay.
