"Our room was very clean and we had a nice view of the river. The shower was extremely small though and the bed was not very comfortable. The walls are quite thin so you could hear your neighbors quite well unfortunately. The pool area was quite small for a hotel that size. The hotel itself was in a great location making it easy to walk to where we wanted to go. Hotel itself is a bit on the older outdated side. Not sure if we’d stay here again."

"Check in went very smoothly and our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, nice fluffy white towels and an easy walk-in shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was available however we had to ask for some body lotion, and they did not provide a shower cap. Kitchenette was clean and equipped with all the essentials for quick lunch etc. Complimentary Breakfast was adequate however the area to eat was very small and tables were not cleaned between guests using them. Tables were sticky and dirty. A definite turn off."

"Our stay overall was great! The room was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. The North Shore walking trail is absolutely beautiful!! I was very surprised that smoking is allowed in the casino. I didn’t appreciate smelling like stale cigarettes at the end of the night, especially these days when smoking isn’t allowed anywhere indoors. Also, request a higher floor as we were right above the terrace rooms on the river side, and people were partying right below us until well into the morning making it difficult to sleep."

"This property has been purchased by another company and is being thoroughly renovated. The lobby does not exist; it is used for storage of building materials. Hallways are filthy. The hotel should not be in business until the work has been completed, and Hotels.com should not list it. There are no amenities at all. We had no idea how bad it was until we arrived and it was too late to go elsewhere. We were the only guests. Also, renters should be warned that McKnight Road has dividers between the north and south-bound lanes. You can reach it only heading south."

"Firstly, for us it was a great location, outside of the city centre. Though Pittsburgh was not far away. The house had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. The washing machine and dryer in basement were really useful, to get our laundry done after our first week in the states. Kitchen had everything we needed plus the fridge/freezer was massive!"
