"Our group was myself and my sister with our husbands. Perfect to have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, with a large table and comfortable couch. The kitchen is amply supplied, everything was clean, well explained, and enjoyable. You can't beat the location and the view. We even had gorgeous weather and some lovely strolls around town. Only downsides are taking luggage up the narrow staircase and having to park off property, but those are not bad tradeoffs and can't be helped. We really enjoyed our stay...

"An ideal place to stay in Exeter with everything you could possibly require for a comfortable and relaxing time. Great location for the town centre whilst being on a nice and quiet road with the bonus of a parking space. Would very happily stay here again when I next visit Exeter, it was perfect for me!"

"The apartment was a little difficult to find initially but realised it was around the back of the Coombe Bank Hotel. It looks different to the photo only in that the kitchen and living rooms are quite dark and there’s only one smallish window in each room so we just pulled up the blinds and left them up during our stay which did improve things.
