"The room was very clean with great view to the pool and The Red Sea. Hallways were regularly cleaned everyday . Our room was well equipped to the most needed items. The beds were comfortable. The location was easily accessible to many activities and restaurants. The staff very respectful and responsive to any needs and questions. "

We did not have WiFi and the AC was broken. I had to beg to end my booking which they agreed to refund. I left at the time they asked me to the following day and then they stopped responding to me and to Expedia. So no refund. I was also communicating with four people on WhatsApp and even still couldn’t get...
