What hilton offers is a proper guest experience. Big part of having amazing trip to hurghada is the hitel experience and this because you have great team working there. Mohamed Abdel Hafeiz reception supervisor went for the WOW service in my second stay again. This guys is amazing and these people should be hilton future leaders.

The service provided by the staff is phenomenal. Great food in the restaurant! Real vegetables! Very comfortable rooms with excellent views of the Red Sea.

Yes, it's a little more expensive than some other hotels you might stay in but for what you get (everything high-end, adults only, all-inclusive food and drink) it's really a bargain. My wife and I loved the atmosphere, location, and staff. The atmosphere was serene and relaxed, exactly what is needed while on vacation. The location is perched atop a hill behind City Center— far enough away from the street where vehicle noise is not heard. The staff made us feel like we were the only two lodging there. Kitchen staff member Saad left a wonderful impression. I recommend the property if you value calmness and relaxation.

From the reception to the beach everything was super clean and sparkling. Plants and trees were well taken care of and hotel and garden staff were amazing in doing there job. Staff was super friendly. Housekeeper was one of most detailed I have seen for long time. First night we had few mosquitos in the room, but after spraying one 2nd day we got rid of them. Breakfast was great value given the low price. Only negative thing was that wifi only works at lobby but not in rooms.

This is a fantastic resort property. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The food and staff are fantastic. There were activities on the beach like volleyball and yoga. There is an onsite dive shop and an activity center that can book you for parasailing and snorkeling. I believe some of the reviews for this hotel said there is snorkeling right off the hotel beach, but I did not see any (it is a bay, not a coral reef). The only other negative is the resort area where this hotel is at is far away...

Hotel staff is well-trained and friendly. Food is very high quality. There are plenty of swimming pools, for all ages to enjoy.
