"We checked in late at night, I had called earlier in the day to let them know and had no issues. The staff was always friendly and very nice. It was very easy to find parking and to get around the hotel. The best part, the pool was actually warm! "

"The breakfast servers Bashkim and Floriberto greeted us every morning with big smiles and excellent service. The buffet was clean and bright. All the food was kept hot or cold; whatever was needed. The front desk clerks were always most helpful and friendly. My husband had a medical emergency on Sunday morning and the front desk associate had perfect recommendations for Newmed walk-in clinic. After his evaluation the MD on duty sent us to St Alexius which is the ER that the Hyatt employee told us to go to. We are pleased by such excellent service. The Hyatt Regency Schaumburg is 5star!"
