"I called the hotel to let them know I would be late checking in. They confirmed this was OK and noted my reservation. When I arrived, they had sold my room. I had to find a different hotel after traveling from a different state. "

"Our stay here was great! We booked the room last minute due to a plane cancellation, and it ended up being very affordable. The hotel offered a grab-and-go breakfast, and the room even had its own kitchen, which was really convenient. The only small downside was that the TVs were a bit older. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."

"My room smell like sewer water and I had no TV all night had a manager come to the room a maintenance man come to the room and then they told me that TV was a complimentary thing. Which we all know it's not. The following morning they wind up switching me to another room same scenario with the TV. Really didn't like this hotel"
