"Terribly dirty. Booked this room based on positive reviews, but I think those must be made by the hotel. Overall carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. Put room was ok, but bathroom had hair on toilet and stains on wall/door. The water in bathroom ran clear but the kitchenette water was so murky I thought my kids were playing a prank. Staff seemed to not be concerned. We booked with a bottle of wine guaranteed and did not receive it. Cookies that were raved about were inedible. Breakfast as ok. Pool will accolade one family at a time. Really unsure what all the positive reviews are based on, if we received an off room the staff had zero inclination to fix it. "

"The room was clean, although had a unique smell. Apparently that was just our room as our friends room did not have the same smell. Our hot water went in and out during a shower. And the food selection was okay but not great for the type of hotel you’re staying in. "

"I didn’t visit the bar area but from what I seen, looked cleaned and fully stocked. My room wasn’t what I selected; due to the time I checked in and my event, I didn’t make a fuss. The shower sliding door would just slide in the opposite direction on its own. When my key wouldn’t worked the gentleman at the front desk was exceptional at getting me new keys. "

"Very dirty. Dog poops in the hallway. Smell of smoke everywhere including in the nonsmoking rooms. Very poor quality beds. No utensils in the room. Spoiling the franchise name. "
