"The room is fantastic and the owner is very friendly. We loved having coffee, as much water as you want and bikes to ride around the islands. I was unsure whether Gili Air would be a bit too busy for us but we loved it. There are lots of nice restaurants. We are now at Gili Meno but wish we had stayed longer here and done a day trip to Gili Meno instead. If you are looking at this hotel book it! And do a day trip to one of the other islands instead."

"My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The staff were welcoming and accommodating, our villa was clean, and we spent most of our days lounging on the resorts private beach. Komang, the general manager, was always around to check to and make sure our stay was going well. Kokomo was above and beyond in customer service and I can't recommend it enough!"

"if you want something incredibly luxurious this is not the place for you, however for us it was perfect! clean room, good AC, bathroom had an outdoorish shower which we liked, flush toilet. sometimes the plumbing did struggle and there was no hot water, but you’re on a tiny island in indonesia it’s to be expected. the boys at the desk were superstars! brought us breakfast every morning, had bikes for us to rent, and helped us out with calling a “taxi” on our way out. always friendly and smiling....

"First of all, we had a "sea view" cottage. But with no view of the sea. When I told a staffer that the AC wasn't working, he said "that's the way it's always been" The bathroom and shower were disgusting, with rusting handles for the shower, and the shower and the toilet in the same space. Towels were old and worn. And there was something on the floor that made it slippery; no idea what. This would be luxury accommodations only in Venezuela or North Korea, and maybe not the latter....
