"This place is on its last leg. Paint chipping in the bath tub, little hairs in the tub before we even used it, broken bed frames, a/c broken, electrical outlets not safely flush with the wall, unfriendly staff upset when we asked for clean towels when we only got 2 towels to start with and had 5 of us in the room. Lots of stains on the carpet, black mold in the bathroom. My sister’s room on the second floor the railing was broke where a child could fall through it. Couldn’t see the bottom of the pool it was so dirty. Used flossers and trash all over the hotel. Never got offered room service or trash taken out of room. There was one front desk lady who was nice otherwise all the other staff seemed to hate their job and did not have great costumer service. We definitely won’t stay here next time we come to Gillette unless they did some updates, cleaning and friendlier, more professional staff."
