"Room was clean but some of the outlets were not working so charging a couple devices was tricky to do at the same time, staff was friendly and responded to extra towels and toiletries requests promptly and friendly. Breakfast was something that was a disappointment as what was provided for a buffet was comparable to a cheaper hotel but you have to pay for it so if we had known what it was going to be and how much it cost we would have ordered McDonalds as at other hotels a buffet would have been complimentary. Loved the location as it was in old city so it was historic area and in walking distance to many museums and places to eat"
