"This is a good apartment as it’s so close to Cardiff by road or train. It’s also very close to local shops and a 15 min walk to the lovely pier and beach. What the ad doesn’t tell you is the apartment is at the side of the train stop that runs every 15 minutes. We chose it as it had parking but again once we booked, it’s not suitable for a large vehicle which we have. The toilet seat in the en suite is too small for the toilet so went flying. We have friends in Penarth so was a good stay to...

"We really feel at home.."

"Lovely flat, lovely view over the bay and the sea. Everything you need in the flat to make your stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable but missing slats which meant if you sat on it wrong would fall through. Comfy sofa bed with linen. I would recommend and would stay here again. Owners on hand if you need help. Thank you for a lovely stay xxx "

"Wonderful experience "

"The room was pretty dirty and didn’t feel like it had much of a clean before we arrived. The shower was terrible, no water pressure if someone has had a shower before you, no space if you’re moderately tall, and no space width wise either. They didn’t provide enough soap/shower gel for more than 1 day for 2 people. The room was quite cold and we couldn’t figure out the heating. The staff replied quick and check in was simple however the last night an alarm was going off from the hours of 3.30...
