"I booked this room in December and paid a premium price. Just weeks before my stay—when I no longer had any other options—I was informed that the hotel’s pool, bar, and restaurant would all be closed due to construction. The so‑called temporary “grab and go” dining option consisted only of two consumer air fryers and pre‑made sandwiches, which was completely inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. The condition of the room itself was unacceptable. It had not been vacuumed, and there was human hair and a toenail on the floor near the sofa. There was also human hair on the sofa itself. In addition, the pull‑out couch had no sheets, pillows, or blankets. The room was stocked with only three towels and travel‑sized soap and body wash. I requested that the room be properly vacuumed and asked for sheets, pillows, blankets, additional towels, and toiletries. While sheets, pillows, and blankets were eventually provided, the room was never vacuumed. I had to remove the hair and toenail myself using napkins and dispose of them. I went to the front desk to complain and was given a complimentary drink voucher, even though I do not drink alcohol. When I asked for a cup of hot water so I could make tea using my own tea bag, I was told that this could not be provided. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. The quality of the accommodations and service was far below expectations, especially given the high cost of the stay."

"The ADA room was great until I went to shower. Could not switch to the shower head because it is broken. The employees were very nice. There is an unpleasant smell until you get to room. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately I won’t return here."

"Out of 5 stars: Room - 4.3 Bathroom - 3.9 Staff - 3.9 Breakfast - n/a Bar - I had wine the glass was very clean - 5 Restaurant - 3.8 Was kind of like a sophisticated / Applebee's mash up vibe. That goes for food and set up. It is very open so if you like hidey hole seating may not be the vibe unless you call to reserve seats. Gym - 5 - It was nice! Had all the basics and the water was pretty nice, that's from a true #waterdrinker!"
