Great place to stop off when making trip thru Richmond

The girls at the front desk were very welcoming and accommodating after a 10-hour drive.

We had been in a wreck while traveling out of state and the staff here were super amazing to us. Accommodating in every sense. They made our unfortunate situation a little lighter and we couldn’t be more grateful.

All in all this place is great and I will come here again if I come back to Richmond. The property is great and definitely safe. Only complaint is they have a Keurig in the room under the TV with a power outlet behind the tray when you slide it out but you cant put the plug in the outlet and it isn't hooked up even if you could force it in. It's fine though because you can move the entire tray and plug it in right beside the TV. I also wish there was more coffee/tea in the room but these are...

The front desk staff helped me with my luggage getting in and then getting out. I use canes. They saw me struggling and jumped up to help. The handicapped room was wonderfully designed. The specs in the bathroom perfect. If I'm passing through Richmond again and I need a place to stay they are my choice

We had a wonderful experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond/Virginia Center this past weekend. My husband and I were given tickets to a show in the area and decided to make a weekend of it. The room (king bed) was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was by far one of the largest hotel bathrooms I had seen in a while. The front desk was kind and helpful. Upon checking in, we were provided with a list of restaurant suggestions broken down by fast food, delivery, worth the drive,...

Comfortable stay, good breakfast.

The property was nice. The staff was friendly. It was clean and quiet. The rooms was larger than expected; veey impressed.

Hotel was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly.

The receptionist was courteous, personable, and very flexible with late check out.

Loved It

The hotel staff do a great job of upkeep with this hotel. While we were there we can see them performing maintenance on the A/C units and the place is very clean. It's not a large hotel but kudos to them for doing such a great job to keep the hotel very clean and modern. They have a friendly staff there and everyone smiles!

Clean hotel and the staff was really nice.

Everything was amazing I just count connect to the wifi

I stay at hotels in the area quite a bit, and this was my first stay at Marriott. The studio was very comfortable with warm colors, and the staff were excellent! I'll be staying there again in the future.
