We had to wait a few minutes to get an elevator on a handful of occasions, but the elevators were a lot better than the last NYC hotel I stayed it. Friendly, helpful staff. We had a room with a bunk bed and both beds were comfy. It’s hard to overstate how tiny the rooms are. It’s inconvenient to not have any drawers to unpack into, but it would be ok for a very short trip or a solo traveler. "
