"The property was convenient to everywhere in Times Square. Perfect Location. Room was nice and relaxing. The windows would not slide shut so we had to use the long towels for the bathroom for the windows to stay warm throughout the night. Besides that, we had an excellent time. "

"This was not the room for us! No privacy with no bath "room." There is only a toilet and shower beside the bed with a sliding glass door. This room is fine for one person or a couple but not for 2 separate guests. The TV did not work. An engineer came to my room at 11 PM, worked on it for at least 30 minutes and said it could not be fixed. Ana said that they would deduct the destination fees for our stay to compensate us, but then charged us anyway! The toilet paper dispenser was broken, so the paper would not stay on the holder. The maid ignored the problem. The light beside the queen bed turned on and then would not turn off. There is no bureau of any kind, so we lived out of our suitcases. The clothing hangs over the sink counter, which makes that unusable if you have clothing hanging there. The beds were comfortable and the room darkening shades were appreciated. Again, the lack of privacy is a deal breaker. I suggest that the TV is checked before each occupant. Very disappointing. I fall asleep with the TV every night, so it was a huge inconvenience! "
