"We had a wonderful time at the River Bottom Oasis! House was clean and had all needed amenities, very comfortable. It was so much fun to explore nearby Wyalusing State Park, and we really enjoyed the game room on our rainy day. The home even had games for the younger kiddos to play, which was an added bonus! The area was beautiful. We would love to go back!"

The Teflon coating on the pan for boiling was peeling off and unusable. We did find one at Dollar General that we donated. We bought our food at DG and the grocery store which was cheaper than our Sunshine store back home. There are 4 queen beds, so sleeping was comfortable. "Many listings can seem to over-sell the condition of the property, or the scope of other benefits the property offers to people staying there. Neither of these things happened for me and my wife during our stay here. I believe the description was undersold in the listing, since the property more than exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean, and neat. All listed amenities were present, and those that we accessed were 100% useful. Definitely recommend this location to anyone considering a stay...

"A weekend in McGregor IA to attend a family funeral. Our hosts were amazing from the time we booked till we left to check in w/us on our accommodations. The property is a beautiful home w/ all new amenities plus dog friendly. "We were in the area for a surprise party and need a location for 1 night. This quaint home was perfect! We weren't to far from Glen Haven, party location. The home fit our large family, 9 of us perfectly. We were able to use the kitchen to make our "dishes to pass" found everything we forgot. This truly is a gem!"
