"Very approachable and friendly staff at the front desk. Great room, short walk to the metro. The only complaint i have is that i thought the breakfast buffet was free but to my surprise I was left a bill for $22. Not a big deal, just unexpected. "

"I experienced an issue with my television when I arrived. There was no sound. I contacted the front desk and they sent a technician to my room in minutes. She did some diagnostics on the connections and determined the cable box needed to be replaced. She was very concerned that I was being inconvenienced but I reassured her it was completely fine and appreciated her speedy response."

"The evening staff in the dining room, Roc and Jada were very helpful and fun. They gave a lot of suggestions and we ended up overeating. The food is really good in the evening. The front desk staff was also very helpful and polite. "
