"Upon arrival the check in lady claimed she "accidentally" gave my suite away and we were then given a standard room. I asked for a discount and she said of course I would get one and I didn't. She gave me the standard room price and nothing else. Then our wifi didn't work in the room. There was banging and running in the hallways all night. The next morning my coffee maker in my room did not work either. "

"The property is located in an accessible place near the freeway and close to Denison Univerosty and Granville. The rooms and hallways are dated, the layout is spacious, just needs some renovation. We enjoyed getting a drink at the bar as the people working and staying at the hotel were very nice. "

"Great house, lots of space, awesome game room, beautiful grounds! Our family enjoyed the large dinning room table for meals and games. The house was nicely cleaned and maintained. The only thing that kept me from 5 stars was pool & hot tub. The pool was awesome but the temperature in the room was chilly making it hard to spend significant time in the pool. The hot tub was nice but only fit three persons and was not easily accessible for persons with mobility issues. Overall a wonderful experience! "

"We were in town from Pittsburgh for my mother-in-law’s funeral.. First of all, check-in couldn’t have been better. It was fast, easy and I believe her name was Stacy? She was the sweetest. The pillows were so nice that I wanted to take one home and make it my own, but I resisted the temptation. The room was clean. The bed was a little firm for my liking but I’m sure a lot of guests would appreciate that. Now for my dislikes. The smoke alarm located on the ceiling above the bed went off at 6:50 AM. Apparently it had something to do with the elevator malfunctioning. We were on the third floor and stairs aren’t a problem for me once I’ve had my morning coffee, but not for my partner who has knee issues. Considering the fact that there are a lot of other options in the area, I wouldn’t stay here again. "
