"Needed a place to stay for a month while working. Easy access to nearby cities. Home was clean, loved having a washer and dryer onsite. It really did feel like home. Bed was very comfy. "

"Great location, charming property with a very responsive host"

"We were quite pleased with our stay at the Bancroft Cottage. The accomadations were excellent. The amenities were fine. The cottage was well stocked and supplied with everything one would need for a stay. Even though it was in the heart of the town it was quiet and peaceful. We will most likely be back when we return to Granville in the future. Highly recommended!"
