"The breakfast was good. The hotel is very clean. The only complaint was we asked days ahead for adjoining rooms. When we checked in we were told its first come. I called ahead a few days and the day before to specifically ask for an adjoining room next to my parents. We asked again after the first night there spoke to a young man at the front desk said no problem he would that for us. When we returned to the hotel and asked if the rooms were ready we were told he didn’t make any note of our request. Finally the day before we were ready to check out my parents were moved to our floor but not next to us. The hotel needs to work on meeting their customers needs and communication. "

"On the images it shows there is a hot tub, there is not. Signs in the pool area say there is a hot tub, there is not. Fire department was there and the elevator was broken my entire trip. Hotel pool was FREEZING for it being an indoor pool. Toilet constantly hits the wall when you sit down like it isn’t bolted to the floor or wall fully. Hot water runs out fast when showering. Would not stay here again"

"A very dark, gloomy hotel. The lighting throughout the hotel was terrible, the gym had a lot of equipment but was dark and outdated. No complementary coffee anywhere in the hotel is unacceptable at those rates. "

"Very nice, conveniently located, restaurant breakfast, lunch, dinner, Starbucks, pool, gym, great parking. 24 hour front desk. Large. Comfortable lobby. Business center."

"We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. The property is clean, attractive and well maintained and the Continental Breakfast was well-stocked and appreciated. The ONLY downsides: the water, which took several minutes to get hot (which they made us aware of at check-in) and the shower which was a bit crowded with the soap dispensers on the wall. And if you're a smoker, you're asked not to smoke even outside on the deck - which my wife found disappointing as we sat and watched the sun go down. Smoking is allowed only in one designated area in the rear of the property."
