"The staff made it difficult to check-in without a credit card, even though the booking was already paid. Shuttle was helpful. Property was clean."

"Hotel perfect for our stay. I had an appointment at a Boston area hospital and did not want to fight traffic. This hotel was a convenient location and safe. The only surprise was a parking fee even with a HP placard."

"I liked the location of the hotel. The restaurant was nice and reasonable prices. The not so great part was , the arcade was closed the entire time we were their. The Women at the front desk were in need for more help and looked very overwelmed. The smell inmy room# 747 was musty from AC. I heard the elevator the entire time going up and down , as we were placed right by it."
