"If you’re desperate and need a place to park, there’s a good slab of cement for you. People definitely permanently live here in their campers too, and their arms length away from your spot, so be prepared to make some friends….the owner stopped replying to me so they don’t get a great review. I was looking for a place to camp, not a place to park, so please if you’re looking for the same thing, this is not it. I arrived, laughed, and left. Didn’t even get out of my car."

"The Chene Cottage is a very nice place to stay near Burr Oak Lake. It’s well built and roomy with an interesting contemporary design. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms were plenty for us! The large kitchen is on the lower level adjacent to the bar and dining area with a lot of windows for viewing the scenery. We really enjoyed our stay there!"
