"This boutique hotel has a wonderful vibe, with a very cool bar that you can take a guitar to your room. It has a 60s, maybe 80s, vibe that is so much fun. I rented a bike from the hotel that was such a great way to see Munich. The rooms are uniquely designed, quiet and fun. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful."

"The spa staff does not enforce the rules of the spa at all. The sauna says plainly on the sign nude area no clothes, some people continue to wear swimsuits making it awkward for the people obeying the rules. I complained 3 times and nothing was done about it. My wife and I will no longer stay at a Sofitel, we will try someone new."

"We stayed there 6 nights; positives are the staff was great! Friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our trip, centrally located. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices every day. They kept our room very clean. Only had two things that were average. We were in room 526 and at night it was noisy due to people and trolleys/ trains running what felt like was all night. Second issue was we found out two days before the trip their main restaurant was closed the whole time we were there…the noise I give to its a big city. The restaurant being closed turned out to be a nice thing as we were able to discover so many other great places to eat at close by or bring the food to our room. So over all nothing to complain about but just to be aware of! Would we stay there again? Yes! But I would ask for a room on the other side of the building to see if it was a little quieter."
