Very nice staff Thank u for ice machine

Great view of the castle. A wee bit of mold in the bathroom, but otherwise great. Bed was rock hard, but not uncommon for Japan.

The jet tub and massage chair were especially nice after a long walk. Room service was fast and the food was quite good. The drinks could have been a little more flavorful but the experience was very nice.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The room was laid out nicely and comfortably. The breakfast buffet was very good. Especially since it was included in the room rate.

Great location, Clean stuff. Especially, I love the sauna place. super clean and used good products. Good for Stay.

Perfect location close to transportation lines, historic sites, gardens and affordable food options. The free breakfast offers an abundant variety for all palettes and a stunning view of Matsuyama castle and a historic French home. The two on-site restaurants are pricey, but the food is delicious and cheaper eateries are nearby.

Beautiful views. We had a nice room with a great view of the water. Gorgeous sunset views. Clean and well appointed with everything we needed.

Great stay! Parking was easy, the staff were kind and helpful and the rooms were clean.

5성급 못지않은 경험이었습니다. 근처에 식당과 상가 등 접근성도 좋고, 특히 온천 대욕장이 너무 좋았습니다.

Delicious breakfasts and dinner. Kind, friendly staff. Amazing spa bath and spacious living quarters just a short walk to Dogo Onsen. It was a lovely and relaxing experience. I would most definitely stay here again.

This is a newer hotel right next to the iconic Dogo Onsen building. Super easy to don a yukata (included use with room) and go to the Dogo original which has been recently restored to it’s prior glory, and the Dogo annex which features a cool projection system to bring the bath tile murals to life. Breakfast is a wonderful Japanese menu served at the sushi restaurant on the first floor. With the street car station, both Dogo and the rest of what Matsuyama has to offer is within reach.
