"Would have been nice to have instructions ref heating/ cooling. Was very hot . Had to open all doors to keep cool. Lake view good and balcony in shade all day. Tea & coffee would have been nice or comment that Not provided . Didn’t find washing up stuff inside tea towel til leaving."

"The hotel was comfortable and clean, the parking was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and chatty they went out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The on-site restaurant was lovely, the food was excellent. Location was ideal, near to all the attractions. We found the local pub next door’s very friendly."

"The property was so quaint with excellent location. The staff was very accommodating and Katie was a great help with our luggage We were in the attic bedroom on the highest floor. It was very warm in both bedrooms and all they good give us was one small fan and we had to request that. Two fans are necessary for any comfort."
