"The resort is beautiful! The lobby looks amazing and rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is fantastic and we spent hours there. The shuttle to Disneyland is frequent and convenient. The only downside is the cost of food. There are plenty of options, but all are very expensive. "

The check in process was so easy - we arrived before our room was ready but the staff set it up so we were notified about the room number via email while we were in the park and had our luggage waiting in the room. The only negative I would say is that if people are talking in the corridor you can hear them in your room. Hotel is conveniently located in the central area of Kowloon a short walk from Jordan station. Staff are friendly and efficient. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel, which is part of a large complex that includes a shopping mall, several restaurants, car dealerships, a grocery store, and more. It took me a little time to figure out the maze of escalators and elevators, but by my second day I had it mastered. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet—even though it was directly opposite the elevator bank. That’s a big plus for me. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would happily stay here again."
