The main shower was leaking the main bedroom light and one of the lamps didnt work and one of the porta cots we paid for was so dirty it could not be used. I left 2 messages and called several times and no one called me back. The view was awesome though and location was excellent.

Good stay, soured at check out
Check in was fine, very friendly.
The apartment was very spacious with a great view but like all units I’ve stayed in at this resort they are run down and could be cleaner.
My only complaints about the room (all minor) are that there was no fry pan, only small pots; only 1 roll of spare toilet paper for an 8 day stay; no dishwater tablets/powder provided; no pegs to hang out the washing; and I couldn’t get the tv to turn on in the master.
Checking out was not pleasant and really soured my stay though. I was told check out was at 10am and to leave the keys in the room and walk out. I had a man let himself into my apartment at 9:45am, calling out hello and when I called hello back (from the bedroom) he left. It was obvious I was still in my room, all my staff was piled by the door. I think the very least that could’ve been done is a text or call first.
We stayed in Tower 1 on the 25th floor. The view from the balcony was awesome, looking across to Surfers Paradise beach and north towards Southport.
The apartment was in good condition with great in-room facilities, including Foxtel and good sized TVs in the living room and main bedroom. The living room had plenty of seating for the 7 people we had staying plus a couple of extra guests over the week we were there. Beds were comfortable and clean. Furniture was modern and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed.
We also requested a bed configuration change to a queen and 4 singles and they were happy to accommodate us.
There's a Coles right underneath the building and plenty of places to eat out, as well as being close to the Surfers Paradise mall for many choices for shopping and eating out.
The main pool and spa are great, with BBQ facilities if you want to use them. The indoor pool wasn't heated at the time we were there as it was not working. Hopefully it's fixed soon.
Wifi is extra though there is free wifi downstairs in the shopping centre. We found the paid wifi to be fine for streaming on a Google TV and general internet use and it wasn't too expensive.
Car park for the apartment allowed us to park two cars in the space provided which was great as we didn't have to pay for extra parking.
Kevin did a great job in welcoming us and answering some extra questions we had during our stay. He was always very responsive to requests.
Great location, Kevin was very helpful and found us secure parking for a bigger vehicle great customer service would stay again

Property managers were absolutely wonderful. The room itself is very dated and could use updating. There was black long hairs everywhere. The major drawback to this property was the elevators. I read other reviews warning about the elevators being broken abs the long wait but I never imagined how bad it actually was. We made it fun with making jokes and getting the crowd of people waiting with us laugh but it was really bad... we waited up to 25 minutes constantly
Nice & Clean

The property was in a great location for Surfers beach, shops and restaurants.
Unfortunately the property is becoming dated - the lifts are slow and only 3 of the 4 were working (we had to wait 20 minutes at one time to get a lift).
Our 3 bedroom apartment room had great views (northeast facing) but the furniture is tired (dining table scratched and chairs peeling vinyl and missing pads making them wobbly) probably the biggest lack was the number of cups and glasses - there were 2 mugs for the 6 of us and a total of 5 mixed glasses. There was no tea towel or dishwashing liquid (we ended up buying our own - so we could leave the unit clean and tidy).
Living area balcony doors were hard to open (off their tracks?) and shower heads and bulbs in the bathrooms need replacing.
TV's are old and tired (bedroom tv is about 12 inches wide) and bedroom drawers/furniture are tired and need replacing to bring it up to the standard of the photos they show when you book.
Overall we enjoyed our stay - pity our room didn't reflect the quality shown online.
The room was clean, comfortable and perfectly appointed for my family’s needs.
Hotel is ideally located. Only a few minutes walk to anything you need. We stayed for five nights and didn’t need to use the car at all.
The personal service received from the private owner was also very nice touch.
Thanks to Kevin , we will be back.
Apartment was perfect!! Lifts in our tower were terrible, out of order, over crowding, slow and stopping all the time! Huge delays, up to 45 mins waiting to return to room. Lots of kids dangerously jumping from rocks and bridge! More security needed!
Property was fabulous, directly above Coles, minutes walking distance to everything, clean, had everything we needed, great view, even had 2 strollers for the kids which came in handy!
