スタッフ対応は普通で可もなく不可もなく。 部屋は狭い中に二段ベッド２つの４人部屋。シャワーとトイレが併設されているため、夜に使うと部屋が明るくなります。 ２段ベッドの上段は扇風機が真横にあったので、耳栓が必須だと思いました。

チェックイン時20ドルのキーデポジットを取られた。現金で払ったが翌日フライトの為6時にチェックアウトしようとしたところレセプションが空くのが7時からで回収出来なかった。呼び鈴でスタッフを呼び出したがレジの開け方がわからないと言われ全く役に立たなかった

It was dirty and the rooms not cleaned daily

I booked in and the staff did not point out you have no acess to the kitchen or lobby after 10pm. I think this is absolutely ridiculous as we are basically locked out of the basic facilities. If you want coffee and anything else you have to go and look for a cafe. I will never stay there again.

Great location but the facility is very run down... the dorm room for 4 was extremely small; bathroom attached to the dorm room is not a good idea because the proximity compromises the privacy. The bathroom is very old, small and not user friendly. $20 deposit for a key and $20 deposit for a hairdryer.... really? I would strongly recommend the owners to upgrade or sell ad build a new world-class facility. The staff was very helpful and polite :-)

Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. I stayed in a room on my own with a private bathroom. I had a good nights sleep and felt safe. The only issue I had, which was out NO fault of the Hotel, was the outside noise, from people in the street, but I did have a room facing the main road. Just something to be aware of and it I feel it is to be somewhat expected as it is the Gold coast :)

The customer service was nice and it was only a few blocks from the beach but the accomodation was not very clean and the shower head was loose so we had to hold it up while showering.

Great place & great people!

Stayed in a 4-bed female room for two night though the room weren't full. The best part of the room was its own bathroom/shower, meaning there won't be more than 4 people using it! The building wasn't new, but it was well maintained. The kitchen, bathroom, and the overall environment were all very clean, and the staff cleaned the kitchen several times a day. It was always clean every time I went in there. The visitors & staff I met were all very nice & friendly. They close the common area after 10 pm, but you can still go out via the side door anytime you want. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for someone who prefers a quieter stay!

Hotelkamer was ontzettend smerig, kauwgom op de muur en stonk ontzettend.je moest de balkondeur openhouden tegen de stank Vlekken op de gordijnen en badkamer vol schimmel en haren en leek niet schoongemaakt. Er hing een brief op de deur dat je bij annulering geen geld terug krijgt.
