The property was in a great location, close to beach and parks. Loved the pool and BBQ area. Our apartment was clean and spacious. The only let down was that the carpet needed cleaning and the furniture was dated. Reception lady was really friendly.

Loved the area where we stayed , great room , great view - bathrooms beautiful, rooms need a little work painting etc - unfortunately car never fitted under ground parking and at one stage had to park way up the road and walk back

We had an amazing stay, we had a group of 8 across 2 rooms. The rooms had everything we needed, all of the facilities are phenomenal… the poolside BBQ area is great, the pool is awesome for the kids, such a good location. We will definitely be back.

Room was great we where in floor one and it was very quite o. That floor. Even though it was a low floor we still had a view of the ocean. The pool was great and my grandchildren loved the slide that went into the pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had such a good time I have rebooked for Xmas 2026

Room wasn’t absolute ocean view like what we booked and paid for - that was disappointing and poor value for money. Kitten has been updated but the rest of the apartment we stayed in was dated and pretty dusty and didn’t feel like it had been cleaned well. We also had no towels on arrival, asked for some and they didn’t get delivered to the apartment so had to then Call after hours line to get this organised again. Location and pool were a big hit. Might book again on day, but directly through hotel so we can ask about and pick the room that we actually pay for.

Good place to stay however it was very dirty. Under the bed could tell it had not been vacuumed in months with build up of dust and dirt. Location is deal and the pool was good.

This place is so family friendly The pool is a beach entry and it has a rail for the lederly and a slide for the young and young at heart. I used to take my kids there for about 10 yrs and now i take my grandkids. It is great

Loved - the large pool ( very kid friendly), the beach frontage fantastic views, the security( felt very safe) , walkable to food outlets, the fantastic kept grounds. Yes the apartments are a lil dated BUT if they were upgraded it will come with a higher price tag so happy with what we had. Comfy bed ( most importantly)

We loved our stay at the Royal Palm in a huge 2bed 2bath room on level 13, with AC & carpark space. We could move from beach to pool and waking up to that view was fabulous (tho the black-out curtains couldn’t keep all the morning sun out unfortunately). It seemed a bit old with slow internet but is kept nice & clean. Such a lovely relaxing location & wish we lived closer to stay more often!

We loved the pool - temperature was perfect. Also the proximity to the beach. We weren't impressed with the walk upstairs from carpark to lifts from carpark A. Nor the walk downsteps afterwards from the pool. Otherwise unit was beautiful. Will definiely consider returning.
