The bedrooms, toilets/showers and the lounge were very clean. The oven and the gas stove were dirty and the pots and pans were dirty. The Ruby apartments were in a great position and the view was stunning.

Excellent place for families and couple

Stayed for 3 nights to visit the Gold Coast and Mount Tamborine for wine tasting. Quiet and safe place near the sea. Walking distance to the coast and amenities.went whale watching. An excellent place and highly recommended. Got a complimentary red wine and an upgraded room during my stay Good view from the balcony

We enjoyed our stay at Ruby, loved how close it was to catching the bus or trams. Wasn’t far of a walk to surfers paradise or the beach. The pool was nice but which there was a hot tub especially would’ve been nice having that at night. The room we had was nice but could’ve been cleaner when on arrival. We had house keeping twice and on the second time a pair of shorts went missing so declined having house keeping again as that made us uncomfortable. The apartment wasn’t too big and hadn’t worn those shorts yet so knew they were in the apartment before we left for the day and then after when we came back mysteriously weren’t there after house keeping had been done. Told found desk about it but nothing was really done other then an “sorry were not sure” Other than that it was a nice stay.

Great stay

Great stay in our apartment, everything of very good quality with a view of the main beach. Convenient location with surfers paradise a 10 minute walk away. Parking was a great addition to our stay. Definitely recommend.

The staff on the front desk were lovely. The first room we were given was disgusting. The shower wasn’t clean, there was hairs and toenail clippings on the floor, the bedside tables had spills on them, the kitchen surfaces was dirty and there was hairs in the bed. We were given a second room that had been “checked by the manager” but honestly this was only marginally better. As it was during the school holidays, there were limited options available so we ended up buying cleaning supplies and doing it ourself. We were given complementary sparkling wine and chocolates as an apology. The location is lovely, and if clean the apartments are well set out and relatively modern.

A short walk to central Surfers Paradise. Plenty of street parking for our visitors and free parking for guests. Clean, well presented, nice staff, excellent price. Photos represented apartment well. There was a construction site nearby which did not trouble us with noise. The lobby looks like it used yo have a bar and dining but doesnt seem to be operating at the moment. Lifts were all operational and quick. Little balcony was great and could see the ocean. For the price, excellent value.

Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the Gold Coast. Such a clean and spacious apartment and had everything we needed. The view was amazing also, the kids loved the pool and splash area.
