We really enjoyed the location. The resort was beautiful and right on the water. Lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall a really lovely stay. The rooms are a bit older but they were clean and a bit larger than a standard room. The bathtub was gigantic which was really fun for the kids. Close to Sea World and a short drive to shopping. Highly recommend

Family loved staying at this property. Staff were all very friendly from the concierge to the housekeepers. Our room was clean, modern and spacious for our young family of four. Buffet breakfast was well worth the cost. Plenty of underground parking onsite and the licence plate recognition meant no looking for room key when entering or exiting car park. The pool and private beach was very popular with my girls. Hotel is well located - just a short walk to Sea World and short drive to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. Will definitely be back.

The property was immaculate and the staff were very helpful on the whole. The breakfast was a bit lacklustre compared to what it has been previously. Coffee took over 30 mins to arrive after being ordered at breakfast and the pancakes were inedible and had to be requested by the kids.

Nice place if you want to relax away from the city. Easy access to the beach. But due to being built in old infrastructure there wasn’t any exhaust fans working in the bathrooms. The drain in our first room was foaming after using the shower, we brought this up with staff but the issue didn’t seem to get resolved, thankfully Mitch the duty manager for acknowledging our concern and offered to upgrade our room which we’re very thankful for. Checkout was simple as well thanks to Abraham for assisting us with that and spotting a miscalculation in the invoice.

Wonderful hotel. Great location and amenities. Pool excellent and access to the beach and a path that takes you straight to Surfers Paradise is so close and wonderful to have. Food excellent, staff and could not fault this hotel. Excellent. Thank you for having us.

It’s beautiful resort with great location and views The rooms had a lot of dust ,the bathroom hand basin poor draining very slow can’t wash very annoying , after back from town saw a cockroach on our fridge area, Swimming pool is not heated my boys were cold as reading on google it says heated pools which is not true.
