It was such a treat to let the fresh air in and have a cup of coffee by the window. The apartment is in the 2nd floor so you feel removed enough from the bustle of the town. "Check in was through a coded lock box so I never interacted with a person, face to face. This location is close to bus lines as well as two super markets within easy walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the space sufficient. Hot water kettle available in the hall for coffee or tea. Be sure to ask about the bus pass available to guests in the hotel."

"confusing check in on line and then despite having paid the £600 plus for 3 nights (a reasonable price for Horgen) we had to pay an outstanding bill of 3 pence, yes 3 pence not pounds before we could check in online. Food and breakfast good, exceptionally quiet despite a Swiss World Cup game going on in the bar below at 3am. Great location by the station and in the centre - worth the extra for the lake view"
