"The hotel was not able to honor my booking-- the rooms we booked were not available . No manager was on the site and the only staff who was there was not able to validate our Expedia booking. Alternate rooms they suggested were terrible. We ended up securing rooms in a different facility. "

"This isn’t luxury. This property isn’t as advertised; don’t be fooled by the pictures. It’s burning but luxury. It’s basically a scam. 1. The beach isn’t private. 2. The place is a construction site with vast areas incomplete, and covered by straw mats 3. There were cockroaches in the room, and insects too. "The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Daniel drove safely, Afriye was warm and welcoming, the restaurant staff very efficient, Jenny and Araba the best tour guides, they were informative and interactive, and to top it off Tricia was very pleasant and professional. I’ll definitely be back. The scenery is beautiful, and the facilities are well maintained."
