"The staff, especially Daisy, were professional, friendly and especially accommodating. Daisy was attentive and took excellent care of us. The young men were attentive and helped us with our luggage. When it was less crowded, I had efficient service in the restaurant. One suggestion, instruct the guests on how to turn on the hot water for showers. Also, before booking, advise the guest that there are no elevators

"The water pressure was so bad that my shower didn't work until the evening. The wireless connection was poor. The staff member who helped me at checkin (after a long busride when all I wanted was to relax and have a shower) was rude, and I had to convince then that I had a paid reservation, even though I was showing them on my phone! (I had to buy phone credits to show them since their wireless wasn't working!!)
The staff member I interacted with the next day, the manager, was much more...

"I really enjoyed my stay, I was welcome and was treated very nicely. the employees were so wonderful and helped me out a lot to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I will most definitely stay there again when I come back to Ghana. I only thing I had problems with is not able to pick up wifi in my room, but over all it was great! Thanks to the Rayporsh hotel family!"
