Cave Street Retreat - Just a short drive or leisurely stroll to Goolwa Beach, the sand dunes and Encounter Bikeway is this quaint and cosy family holiday home. You may not be able to see the sea, but you can hear it!

This three-bedroom holiday retreat situated in a quiet area of Goolwa beach and well decorated will make you feel at home and provides a great base to explore the area. It will also provide the whole family with loads of entertainment and backyard space to play and relax.

The Space:
You won’t be short of things to do. The owner has supplied an abundance of items to keep you occupied from DVD’s, CD’s, Ipod docking, Board games to Books, Bikes and Table tennis. Then there’s the appliances in the kitchen, from the bread maker, coffee machines, milk frother to blender, slow cooker and much more.

There is a large lounge room with high ceiling, fan, and reverse cycle air-conditioning with plenty of comfy recliner seating. Adjacent is the dining area for 8 people.

The kitchen is very functional with fridge, microwave, electric cooktop and oven with more than enough essentials and appliances. There is a large pantry to store your holiday food.

Bedroom One has a queen bed, hanging clothes space, drawers and ceiling fan.
Bedroom Two has a Queen bed and single bunk beds, hanging clothes space, drawers and pedestal fan.
Bedroom Three includes a double bed, hanging clothes space, drawers and ceiling fan.

Bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
Separate toilet.

Laundry with a washing machine and access to outside.
An outdoor covered pergola houses the BBQ, pet bed and outdoor table and chairs and bar stools on a lovely timber deck looking out across the lawn to the double garage/games room where you can spend hours playing table tennis, hockey game, darts or take the bikes for a ride. There are two Sea Wave kayaks in the shed for guest use (bring your own life jackets).

There is an outdoor shower facility to wash off when you return from the beach.

Large driveway and carport parking for an extra vehicle or room to park a boat.
The property is secure and fenced so your dog can investigate the back yard while you relax.
