The Space:
This house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood near Charleston, Goose Creek, Summerville, and Moncks Corner. Everything is provided for your comfort and convenience. The house is near shopping, beach and The Naval Weapons Station.

Guest Access:
This 4 bedroom two bath house has living room, kitchen and dining area. One of the bedrooms doubles a game area. There is also a dedicated room for washer and dryer. The backyard is large and fenced.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood convenient to grocery stores and Interstates.

Getting Around:
Having a personal vehicle is preferred. We do have guests that stay and use Uber/ grub hub to get around and have food delivered.

I do live in town and have help available to help with any issue that may arise.

Great location!

This is a nice recently updated home, centrally located and close to Charleston and beaches. It was in an older neighborhood, near restaurants and shopping. It is well equipped, nice bedding and towels, and even had some refreshments provided.

Cute and comfortable!

This place was great: it was clean, very comfortable furniture, super comfortable beds, big fenced in backyard that is great for kids, more than enough tvs with great wifi, plenty of supplies in the kitchen to cook with, quiet neighborhood, and it was just as advertised! Would definitely stay here again!

Home away from Home

This was our 2nd stay at this home. Check-in was easy, the home was well stocked with pots, pans and supplies. It was very clean and the backyard was a great space for a pet. Definitely will stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and the property was nice! Hoping to come back in the future! The only issue was the next door neighbors dog, he did not know quiet time started at 10pm!

Great road trip stay

Cute house with all the basic amenities you need and about 25 minutes from Downtown Charelston. We had 3 adults and 5 kids with us and it suited our needs for our short visit.

Great Charleston Stay!

The hosts have thoughtfully paid attention to detail and created a well appointed, clean, comfortable stay in this adorable cottage. Our trip was seemless from check in, which included an early check in to check out. Great time with our friends. We are already planning our next stay here!

Perfect place for a getaway

The house was perfect! Pretty much as described. Our little dog thoroughly enjoyed the fenced backyard. It’s located a short drive to Charleston. There are several restaurants and stores located very close. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We may even book it again next year!

Had a great time at this property. Great neighborhood. We had an early walk in the area. Everyone was very friendly. The home was very accommodating with four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Mr. Fox was always accessible. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Great Stay

This house was adorable. It was clearly very recently remodeled and everything was extremely clean and up to date. The neighborhood itself wasn't the best but we had no issues. I would definitely recommend this place for a future stay. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room for all of us.

Everything was nice. We enjoyed our stay. The furniture was nice unlike some places. It would have been nice if the window in the kitchen had curtains up. The mattresses were worn but that was small. The would tell others about it.

Spring Break with 4 generations of girls

This house was so perfect for us. We have family in Goose Creek and I brought my daughters and granddaughters down. There was more than enough room. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for my grands to play! True bonus with a TV in each bedroom and in the futon room. Will definitely consider using this home again!

Weekend stay

We were in town for a 6U football tournament. It had been approximately 10 years since we had been to Charleston. I had read reviews of the house not being in a safe neighborhood, we didn’t get that at all. We felt safe at all times. The house was perfect for my family, we had all the amenities of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book this house in the future. The owners made themselves readily available. Although , we didn’t require any assistance. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. This house is a hidden gem in Charleston.

Between the cracks in the front door that you can see through to the neighbor shooting off guns in the middle of the night….I will not be staying at this property again.

Lovely house but small.

Sadly, since the pictures are taken with wide lens camera, its very deceptive. But saying that, the house was nice but the house next door was just a tip but the other neighbour's was very helpful and friendly. Frank was very pleasant and helpful.

Goose Creek home near Charleston

We stayed at this property for four days and found it very comfortable and plenty of room for a group of 5 people and one small dog. It was only a short drive to go into downtown Charleston and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The only issue we had when we arrived was the lawn had not been mowed and when I emailed the owner they responded right away and assured me that someone would be out to take care of it. They had received a lot of rain before our stay and was unable to take care of it before we got there. Would definitely consider staying at this home again!

Worry Free

We came down to help move my Son and his family to South Carolina. When we arrived, the home was clean, smelled good and was very comfortable. The driveway accommodated our Uhaul truck as well as two other vehicles. Any questions I had were answered right away. We will definitely stay here again soon when visiting my Son and his family since his apartment can’t accommodate us all. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful!

Everything was perfect. The house was super clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The huge fenced in yard was amazing! Our golden retriever was so excited to have a place to run and play. Which made us super happy! The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Lots of people working in their yards. All very friendly. It took us about 30 minutes to drive downtown but we knew that going into the trip. Publix and Walmart were just a couple miles away. We would happily stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!
