"Location of hotel is excellent: 5 min walk from train station and lots of restaurants nearby. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and convenient for 2 people. Only thing was that only one pillow provided and hallways outside the room have a unique smell, sometimes like urine. Hotel is shared with town residents. Overall, would recommend!"

"The property is in a great location. The host was fantastic and gracious. A beautiful balcony with table and chairs. As well as an outdoor drying rack for towels and clothes. The area was quiet and simple to navigate. The only negative was no WiFi. I was hoping to call my family while visiting Nice, but that wasn’t possible. Overall a good experience and I would stay here again."

"Everything about the apartment was great location wise and lots of space, check in was great. The only call out is the pillows for the beds, they are lumpy and made it uncomfortable to get a restful sleep. Pillows definitely need to be updated on the beds."

"Perfect spot to stay with full kitchen, bath, washing machine, 3 balconies and elevator access. Easy 8-10 walk to beach and Promenade des Anglais; grocery, shops, restos even closer. Only thing to note is that you must retrieve keys from alt location (very close by) so I did 2 stops with my Uber driver and it was fast and easy! Would definitely stay again."

"El precio de la noche es muy caro paró lo que es la habitación, no hay botes de basura más que uno muy pequeño en el baño, la regadera no tiene puerta y si la regadera no está bien puesta toda el agua se sale el edificio es viejo y la ubicación es relativamente buena, pero lo que sí es pésimo, es que te hacer recoger las llaves en un lugar diferente al de donde está el apartamento y luego quieren que vayas a otro sitio a pagar tu total eso quita tiempo a tus vacaciones"

"The location of the West End is perfect for travellers to explore all that Nice has to offer. One can easily walk to notable sites such as the Old City or hop aboard a tram to visit other must-see locations such as the Marc Chagall National Museum from the hotel. In addition, visitors will appreciate the helpful nature of all the staff. The staff represent excellence in customer service. And the breakfast provided by the hotel has an exceptional array of foods (accommodating gluten- free requirements by offering the best buns one can find anywhere). A definite must-stay hotel!"
