"Lille og kompakt, men med alt hvad man behøver. Sengen var kun 140 x 180 Hvilket gjorde den lidt lille at sove 2 personer i, men det gik fint. Toilettet er også meget småt og med en foldedør, der ikke kunne lukkes ordentligt eller låses. Men alt vi skulle bruge var der. Både aircondition og affugter virkede godt og hjalp da det lå i en kælder. Vi brugte ikke udendørsområdet, da det lå i en snæver baggård, hvor lejligheden også ligger. Men det er sikkert fint hvis man er ryger. Dejligt stille i...

"Wir haben nach der Buchung nie Informationen zum check-in und Kontakt erhalten. Als wir am Tag der Ankunft nach solchen fragten bekamen wir nur die Antwort, dass die Buchung kurzfristig storniert werden müsste (ohne eine Erklärung weshalb). Daher können wir leider nicht sagen, wie gut oder schlecht die Unterkunft ist und wir möchten darüber kein Urteil treffen, wir können aber sagen, dass die Kommunikation mit diesem Gastgeber nicht verlässlich ist."

"Beliggenheden er rigtig god, tæt på togstationen og stranden, og der er et Carrefour-supermarked og en frugtbutik i nærheden. Der er også busser og letbane. Det er velegnet til fire personer, med vaskemaskine og aircondition, meget praktisk.Omgivelserne er meget stille, og jeg kan hurtigt falde i søvn."

"We stayed in this apt in August 2008. It is in an idyllic setting in the quiet hills of Nice with wonderful views of the surrounding area. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and fully equipped . Added bonuses are a good sized swimming pool and park for children. It is a thoroughly excellent base from which to explore the magnificent Cote D'azur. The owners are very easy to deal with and accommodating .And I would have no hesitation in recommending it!! Thanks again...

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment just outside the city center of Nice, France. The apartment had a charming Nordic, Swedish vibe, beautifully styled, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the large terrace, perfect for relaxing. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Nice!"

"This was my fourth visit to Nice this year and by far the finest accommodations. Host Tim speaks good English, and his French parents are charming. Second floor with an elevator in a clean building close to everything and quiet at night. Full sofa bed on the first level... Small steps to mezzanine with two twin beds. Well priced with minimal fees. Good appliances with a washing machine!"
