Basic but lovely little hotel

Great hotel in a convenient location. We needed a twin room which was accommodated. Very clean. Great hot water pressure. Room was basic but spacious. There's an elevator which is helpful as we were on the 4th floor. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Eggs, meats, toast, crescents, cheeses, sausages, yogurts, veggies etc. And nice service. Close walk to the Christmas market and the train station.

If you want the Hilton you should stay in the city you are in, but if you want some German charm this is a nice place to start. In German fashion the place is super clean. The staff know enough English to make you comfortable. The meals are authentic and the beer is brewed right down the street in the local brewery.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super um zu Fuß in die Stadt zu kommen. Leider ist es sehr hellhörig. Wenn man da nicht empfindlich ist, macht man mit dem Hotel nichts falsch.

War enttäuscht ,da wir ein falsches Zimmer zugewiesen haben und mit viel diskusion da Zimmer dann bekommen haben ,das was wir gebucht haben. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber funktioniert und die Balkonmöbel sehr verwittert--Farbe abgeblättert, das alles entspricht nicht der realität, wie es auf der Webseite beschrieben ist, müsste mal überarbeitet werden.

Es ist ein Sprung in das 19. Jahrhundert. Ein Haus mit dem Flair der Gründerzeit, das aber wirkt, als wäre es nur ein paar Jahre alt. Nächstes mal nutzen wir unbedingt die Sauna! Herzliches Personal macht den Aufenthalt perfekt.

This hotel is a must for anybody in or near Görlitz! The rooms are very clean, neat and comfortable. The service is unmatched anywhere. They even had breakfast ready for us early, with coffee waiting because we had to leave early in the morning. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
