"Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"

Plenty of parking spaces at property if you want to rent a car. 5 minute walk to a well stocked shop, and 10 mins walk to the sea front which has plenty of bars and restaurants. "What an amazing property! It’s located directly on a private stretch of beach with beach chairs and umbrellas supplied by the owner. The water is amazing, lots of restaurants and several grocery stores nearby. I will most definitely have to come back for another visit and stay at this location!"
